Total Food Service offers a package of unmatched news and features that the Metro New York foodservice professional can’t wait to read every month. Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich, Thomas Keller, Marcus Samuelsson, and Daniel Boulud are just a few names that Total Food Service has had the opportunity to feature on its cover in the recent past.

In the coming months we plan to implement many exciting changes internally that will be sure to benefit everyone involved. We have outlined many of those changes in the coming pages but I would like to touch on a few of them briefly.

The first exciting change we are undertaking is the publication’s rebranding. We felt that in order to make positive change, we needed a strong foundation to build off of. Along with updating the look and feel, we will be bringing new features to the magazine over the course of the next few months. Some of these new features will include wine and food pairing articles, more national news, and buzz from the Metro New York area you simply can’t find anywhere else in one publication.
