Our goal is to publish a paper every month that
delivers a package of news, features and information
aimed at the diversified needs of our readers. In
each case the focus of every segment of our editorial
product is on the Metro New York foodservice marketplace.
Our goal is to continue to be advertiser supported.
In order to accomplish that, we must work diligently
to add key food service professionals in the Metro
New York marketplace to our circulation base. Our
criteria for new recipients of TFS is that they
are making purchasing decisions on food, equipment
and supplies for either commercial or institutional
food service establishments. This will enable us
to continue to deliver results for our advertisers.
To ensure our commitment and results for our advertisers,
we strive to build a connection between our readers
and the vendor community. This will be accomplished
by providing art support services that can quickly
generate impactful advertising layouts. We will
also work diligently to embrace the latest technology
to maximize the results we generate for our advertisers.
The umbrella of our mission is to continue to
be a high profile supporter and participant of
industry charities and associations.
